Meet Whitney

Hi, I’m Whitney Sanders— a mom of two, stage 3 breast cancer survivor and a woman of faith who has learned what it means to walk through the fire and still stand unshaken.

My story is one of perseverance, transformation, and choosing to live with purpose.

With a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work as an advocate. I know firsthand the challenges of survival—from navigating treatment decisions to rebuilding life afterward. That’s why I write, speak and coach: to remind other’s that survival is only the beginning and life after can be meaningful, joyful and whole.

Whether through my book, coaching, or advocacy, my mission is simple: to help others move from survival to truly living—with purpose, joy and resilience.

Outside of advocacy and writing, I enjoy traveling the world, reading, baking and making memories with my daughters. Through it all, serving others remains not just my work, but my heart.
